Sunshine and You


Over the summer I was working with a client on bringing in the sunshine, into their life and home. It is so important to remember the sun in our daily lives, which I know can be difficult for some who work indoors. However, it is vital to our system to soak up the rays; I do mean within reason. Please be aware of skin cancer risk factors. That being said, we do get a great boost of vitamin D, immune system boost, more regulated sleep, and an elevated mood with sun exposure. All things are best in moderation.

For those who routinely feel sluggish or just not happily motivated, I suggest you take short walk in nature when the sun is shinning. Do this small motion daily, even 15 minutes a day; you will notice a change in your outlook on the day and you will increase your energy.

Looking for an Sun Energy boost?

Sunrise is when you should reflect on matters that deal with money and fertility. Sunrise is a time to consider new beginnings.

Afternoon sun (or the heat of the day) is when you should be charging tools and raising your vibrations.

The beautiful sunsets are saved for eliminating the unwanted, binding, and removal of negativity.

How to bring the sun into your home:

Sunflowers are the plant known to "follow the sun."

Lemons / oranges, citrus fruits are a representation of the sun and brightness that it brings.

Citrine is known to carry the power of the sun and remove negativity from the space.



To bring the sunshine into my home, I mix up a wonderful sun-charged Apple, Sage and Sunflower home cleansing spray.
