Good beautiful day! I hope you are finding peace and fulfillment.
There are so many blessing in our lives to be thankful for; but lately my days are long and my task list is full. I feel the weight of my world part of the world hanging in the air. Unfortunately, here like so many others, we have been affected by the recent pandemic. Luckily, our family members have not suffered as bad as some and are on their way to recovery.
If by chance you or your family is suffering please reach out and I will be happy to send my healing energy your way. If I can offer you some help or love I want to extend my hand to you.
It seems a little pick-me up tea may be in order! When I find that my heart is hurting and my mind is heavy, I seek comfort in a new recipe with some exciting ingredients. Personally, I am already looking forward to fall and therefore I start thinking of sage, cranberries, and rosemary. Then a new baby idea was born; meet Cranberry Harvest-time Tea.
This elixir is filled with the wondrous items mentioned before, plus I threw in a little orange, marjoram, and nutmeg. Just thinking of the warming spices makes me start feeling better already. Of course, I also like to sweeten mine with honey or brown sugar.

This tea not only gets my tastebuds excited, it offers many health and happiness boosters as well.
Sage: While known for its protective benefits and removing negative energy; it lifts stress and lightens your mood. Medicinally, sage is know for it anti-inflammatory properties and for aiding in relief from respiratory ailments.
Cranberries: Cranberries are a fun pop of tangy excitement if you ask me; and that tang comes with improving your immune system, decreasing blood pressure, and increasing your energy levels. They are also a great boost for your root chakra and they are a love inspiring berry. I mean, it seems like we could use this right now!
Rosemary: This is another very well known herb, but just in case you have missed it ... Rosemary is a great way to enhance you mental clarity and memory retention. It is also a wonderful stimulant; offering relief from exhaustion and revives your mojo.
Orange: Again we are looking at the medical benefits; such as removing toxins from the body, helping to relieve cold and flu symptoms, and aids in insomnia relief. Orange also carries many spiritual properties to helps you feel safety and warmth within your own space. It also brings abundance and good luck to your home. ~ Maybe I should just rub my walls with orange oil
Sending my healing wishes your way. Blessed may you all be.
