Could you use a refreshing pick me up?

I suggest an afternoon herbal water. Today we went with Mint and Sage Lime water; we sweetened ours with a little honey but completely optional.
It has a refreshing taste for breezy outdoor afternoon and it helps balance the body so well.

Mint is great for soothing digestion and reducing headaches. Also great for healing and protection, finding luck, and effect communication. *Drink mint before an oral presentation and it will give you strength. Think throat chakra.
Sage is great for digestive issues as well; but can be a great aid in memory retention and relieving depression symptoms. This will help to promote wisdom and bring good luck.
Limes will help to cast your evils aside, offer protection, and bring love to your life. Use limes to fight infections, lower blood sugars, and aid in weight loss.
Rosemary rids is of negativity and and increases our creativity. It relieves some brain fog and peps up our bodies.
